I've already tried clearing the cache/cookies. All it did was erase all my favorite places, I had to find them all again. It had no effect whatsoever on the wardrobe problem. I have no idea how to make a screenshot on this new laptop.

I had this issue, too. But now I've noticed that I can't show more than 100 items per page, I can't sort by category, I can't search by term or color. I can only see the first page of all items. Anything else just keeps loading continuously.

What does one have to do now to be able to save an HA now ? I tried it in the old wardrobe and it doesn't work and in the new one if i go to saved Ha's it wont let me replace a saved HA with the current one either. Then i thought maybe you can add it to shared HA's and if you click on it in the shared tab it would add the items back to your HA but that doesn't work either. Is the function just disabled in both wardrobes right now ?

Since you are helping people around here, how do I hard reset the wardrobe? Think it would help with the issue of "my avatar wont show my mouth item no matter what"?

haha omg that sucks :( Try the cache thing/browser thing, and then go into the wardrobe and do ctrl + f5 and/or double press f5 quickly. You can also try holding the ctrl key and clicking the browser's refresh button with your mouse. Then close the wardrobe tab, close the browser, then go back into it and select a mouth again. This is probably a dumb thing to point out as I'm sure others already have, but also make sure your mouth is moved above the base layer.

It's a default mouth you're wanting to use, right? Or is it a wearable item? How many items are you currently wearing on your face layer?

can you go to gyazo.com and create an account? (it's super easy and completely free, and lets you make screenshots that are uploaded to a new tab window, that you can c/p anywhere). And did you make sure the browser you're using is the latest version?

Thanks! I did the whole ctrl + refresh. I also took one item out if my face just in case, and now I have lips. I am so happy.

Now I just have to wait until I can buy slots to really do more stuff :)

wardrobe hasnt loaded items for me for the past 3 days gg

try clearing your cache if you've been using the wardrobe and it's stopped loading now. I know it sounds like a broken record at this point, sorry!! But this version stores sooooo much info into the cache and after awhile it just grinds to a halt. I noticed last night that after an hour working in it I had 500 MB of data in the cache, which I had cleared just a couple of hours earlier. After I cleared it, the wardrobe was working again.

Hopefully this is an issue/glitch that can be addressed soon, because it's becoming a hassle, but I've had to clear it a couple of times when the wardrobe has stopped working. It seems to be a fair workaround for now, even though it's a pain.

yeah I used to never do it too, because it really is annoying when you have your browser set up just how you want it. But I've gotten to where I do it about twice a week now, because everything just runs so much better that way. Especially Subeta :P

Yeah I hate having to log back into everything, but at the same time, I suppose it's safer that way. :/

I just did that a few days ago. sigh It's going to be really annoying if I have to do that every time I use the wardrobe...

if you use Chrome, when you go into settings to clear the cache, you can click the boxes to deselect clearing saved passwords and login-in information, as well as cookies. That way you shouldn't have to log back into everything. If you just clear the cache and not the other stuff, it won't log you out. It's clearing the cookies that does that. It's not a bad idea to clear those occasionally as well, but it's mainly the cache that's the problem with the wardrobe and other parts of Subeta.

I'm not keen on downloading. I will go check on what version of IE I'm using.

can you push the Print Screen key, paste it into MSPaint, and upload the image to a hosting site like imgur? Or TinyPic or something? It's just that it'll be hard for anyone to help figure out what specific issue you're having if they can't see it.

Do you have Chrome? Chrome generally works better with Subeta, I think even Keith and the programmers recommend to use anything but IE.

Yes, I have Chrome. I downloaded it specifically to see if it would work, but it didn't. I can tell you this. When I go into wardrobe there is a box at the top that goes: Items Base Skins Hair Purchases Saved Shared Testing Information Back to Subeta.

When I click on Items the same list shows up, but running down, not across. Then I scroll down and there are two HAs, one with what I'm currently wearing on a black bg and the other bare. Then there is a list of pages, again running down. Then, running down, sort by, name, layer, then the choice option, the search option, and finally items.

have you tried a hard refresh of the wardrobe on the main page, and the items page? ctrl then f5, or double tap f5 quickly, or hold down ctrl while you click the browser's refresh button on the menu.

You said this is a new laptop? Is it brand new or refurbished? What operating system are you running?

I haven't tried that. The laptop has been in use for about six months, but I had it in reserve for about a year before that, waiting for my other one to die.
