, I can't use wardrobe either. No one has answered me yet about how to make wardrobe HORIZONTAL instead of VERTICAL!!!!

the v3 wardrobe is taking forever to load, it just seems to be stuck so now I am half dressed as i couldnt save my ha as a work in progress I had to wear it so I knew what items I was wearing I have tried it with chrome and firefox

I have managed to get the original wardrobe to work so I can change clothes

Several other people seem to have the vertical problem. Does anyone have any clue why this is happening?

Right now I'm making do with creating HAs in the V1 then only using V3 to fix layering. But its very frustrating, I'm getting tired of dragging down eyes, mouth and base from the top of the list to the bottom every damned day.

Not to mention living in fear that the V1 will suddenly get cut off like the V2 did (I was in mid HA creation when that happened).

In addition to the vertical problem, most of the time the items won't load.

Not sure if anyone's already mentioned this, but it would be nice if the avatar as well as previews were aligned next to the items. So I don't have to keep scrolling up and down. Although maybe it's my resolution, since zooming out to about 75% lets me see the whole page at once. But then everything is so small and it's a strain on my eyes.

Another thing I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned, but when I set it to view 500 items per page, it only shows the first page, unless I select "all" instead of a certain layer, but even then it still doesn't show everything. Changing it to 250 items or less does work, so at least I can still access all my items. it just means having more pages to go through.

[edit] I was going to say that setting it to 250 items per page doesn't seem to always work, it still cut off the last page in the face section. But then I discovered clicking to go to the next page does work. But when I tried to test it with 500 items, I just got a neverending loading circle.

I'm getting forever loads about... 99% of the time now? The V1 works a lot better than the V3 right now, even if I suddenly have a face that never appears anywhere else but there...

now nothing loads for me. When I try to go to the end of my wardrobe listings it just recycles and recycles and nothing shows up. I like having more than 48 items showing, so I click on 100... but I have tried all amount of listings and still it won't load the newest items. Oldest will show, but anything after that first page, fahgeddaboudit. So, I'm stuck. can't change my outfit. poo.

I feel like a LOT of people (especially ones who come on here for primarily just HA stuff) are going to go on hiatus. This is very frustrating. Especially that two of the most popular browsers will not be able to use the new wardrobe.

The V3 wardrobe is finally working for me most of the time! Improvements are really helping.

However, I've noticed some of my Ears layer items not showing up? Specifically noticed my lack of ThistleThief Will-U Gauges. (color 4, if that matters)

Hey, the item sorts are working for me for 250 and 500 now. They wouldn't load at all yesterday, but they're working great today. My search functions and sorting options are all working well now too. :) I'm holding out hope that drawers will be coming shortly down the line too if these kinds of improvements are already happening. Thanks for all the hard work!

One minor thing I noticed and wanted to suggest is that currently we can't hit the enter button if we're doing an actual search for an item. We have to physically click the search button instead after typing in what we want to look up. Would it be possible to please make the search button also respond to the keyboard's enter button down the road?

When will the sort by "added to wardrobe" option make the clothes load newest to oldest again?

For the most part it's working fine for me and I really like it, but I do wish that purchased layers were working correctly. In the wardrobe section where you can buy layers it's correctly listing how many face layer additions I had bought before V2 was removed and my avatar shows up correctly in V3 itself, but outside of the wardrobe it isn't showing the mouth item I'm using (which is layered above everything as it should be).

It's a minor issue, just feels like a waste of the layers slots at the moment so I wanted to mention it.

I changed my ha a little bit ago and found that items are not showing up when I ordered by 'added to wardrobe' and then went to the last page for the most recent items on the background layer. Looking in the v1 wardrobe (thank goodness it still works) shows 19 items in my background layer that the v3 version is not showing. I am still keeping on 48 per page because the last time I tried more none of the newest items added showed up. Also, if I sort by all items and not by layer, then the background items are there.

I've been working on this HA for about an hour now, and I've noticed that the longer I'm working in the wardrobe, the less functional it has become. I can't search for anything specific at this point. If I type a search term in and try to search for it, it just loads forever. It started to do that a bit earlier and I had to save my HA, close the wardrobe, hard refresh my inventory, and reopen the wardrobe to start again. Now it's just not working at all beyond loading my items and letting me take them on and off. Can't search or move past the first page of any layer or the unsorted full list.

Tought about my no-mouth-items situation and decided to take everything off my ha and making a new one. Still no mouth.

I´m hearing a lot of you talk about "hard reset". Honestly have no idea how to do that, I remember I did it once a while back. Think it might help?

Okay, I have tried wardrobe on Chrome, Firefox and IE and NOTHING WORKS. Not v1., not v3. NOTHING. I am totally unable to use wardrobe right now. I am really getting tired of this.

what exactly happens when you try to load v3? In what way is it glitched for you?

Everything is vertical, when I can get anything at all. I looked at the screenshot on page 2 and my v3. looks NOTHING like that. I'm totally unable to change clothes with the mess that I'm getting.

- Clicky I don't understand what is even going on here. It's been DAYS and is still broken in V3. It shows up on my HA, but it's hard as hell to work with a bg when you can't flipping see it. >.<

[edit] Also, recently added items aren't showing up again. I put in yesterday and the day before and none of them are showing up in V3. It seems to be only new items to the site as I put in after those and it shows up just fine.

Another user posted this on the previous page, have you tried making sure all of your browsers are updated?

If they're all up to date I would try- Log out of Subeta, clear the cache(s) and cookies, close all tabs and the browser itself, restart your computer, open a new browser window, log back into Subeta, and try again. I only use Chrome myself, and because Google collects insane amounts of data, the cache gets huge and can really eff things up if you don't clear it. I've gotten to where I clear it twice a week, at least, and I have a much better experience on all sites as a result. I cleared it earlier when v3 was glitching for me and it worked better afterwards.

If none of that works, can you maybe post a screenshot of what's happening when you open it, the vertical thing?
