If you can't work with the Galactic pose very well or it requires a shitton of editing to get right, another substitute that could work would be the Angelic pose.

I would like to have an overlay for my pet Bucky. Could you use the Glacier Archan as base: Can you remove all the ice, breath and those two things on his head.

Now comes the tricky part (I think) Could you make him look like him? I would like to have his vest, belt, bionic arm, glove and can you make and color his hair and make it like this so the hair is also in his face? (I want to keep the mane).

You can color his fur in the same colors as the black of the Black Light Archan and his belly/tail hair in the same colors as the hair above.

I almost forgot you can colors his eyes the same as in here (Without the black around it).
