Awww, so sorry to hear you have an ulcer. I guess you treat it with antibiotics now huh? Use to be a strict diet when my husband had one years ago. That didn't work. He ended up having surgery and hasn't been troubled with it again. It's great that they have made advances in medicine now and you won't have to have surgery.

Glad you had a good time at the party . That happens and it is embarrassing for the hostess. It's good that you understand. Sounds like you went on a good cleaning binge.

Working on my novel outline today...:)

I'm in the southern US, my son isn't in elementary anymore but I know that it still works the same here. The kids are separated into their classes before school starts and parents do get told. And if the parents wanted to change teachers for any reason, yes they are allowed to. Up to a point. If the class you want to change to is full, then it's a no unless a child changes out of it. In our case one of my old neighbors had a son a year older than mine and had let me know about her child's previous teacher in case my son got her. The teacher was well known to be harder and meaner to children from younger single moms. Turns out my son got that teacher so I requested a change, which the school gave us. (the teacher got fired that year which was great, she really was a pain) I don't know about where you are, but here you can meet the teachers before school starts. Maybe ask if you can? You can change for any number of reasons, personal or not. If your child responds to one teacher more than another. If your child doesn't get along with children in that class, that's a good enough reason for me. You want the best for your child and if he/she will be picked on or in fights with other kids, it's best to separate them. Kids are mean, bullies start young. :(

Going out for lunch with the pastors and retired people in our church. There are very few of us and the church is all young who do very active sports and activities. So once a month we oldsters get some attention and feel like we belong. Opposite problem than most churches have. The rest are full of just old people. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Back online again. Things have not been too smooth recently. The vets have lost my expensive pet carrier and are refusing to replace it :( It was especially bought for my one bunny with only one eye as he doesn't like coming out of the carrier. It has a door on top so I can lift him out.

I've been doing all the over time I can so I can buy the bunnies a castle :) they need some bigger toys for their room. Of course extra money is always needed !

I'm sorry the Vet lost your pet carrier. They should replace it since they were the ones that lost it that's not right. But yea they should do what Yarn said and take it off your next bill.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of stuff for subeta's birthday. I always like the goodie bags. But i guess they just wanted it simple this year who knows. They have done goodie bags for each subeta birthday for as long as I've been on here. I got the plushie/minion from token shop. I do like the birthday items they added to quest shops but i need to get more quest tokens to even get a few more of the items.

That's such a shame. I'm sorry the vet lost your pet carrier . Keep after them until they pay you for it or find it!

Bet the kids really loved the cupcakes! I too hope this 11th subeta anniversary picks up and gets more interesting.
