My parents are coming into town next Friday to visit and celebrate Nina's birthday with us. I cannot believe my baby is gonna be 9!

Happy sunday all. Just got home from work, tired now maybe take a nap later on still early 1:40pm. Cold, rainy and winday day here. Guess fall hast started here.

seems we are having the same weather. Well i was a bit wet but still darn car he could move away from me.

I wish it would snow here. Our heat pump decided to break... need 1600 to fix the compressor. Was going to get a window air conditioner but can't fine one less than five hundred that would cool the majority of the trailer. This trailer is like an oven and has been for the past week and a half. I can't wait for winter.

Chris said we are getting a wood burner for the winter since we can't afford to fix the heat pump, we'll be nice and toasty then but OMG, I'd kill for an iceburg to land next door to my house right now. Id dig me out a little house and just lay there, lol.

Morning everyone!

First my apologies for my absence. It's been a VERY busy time here with school starting, trying to get back into school year mode, add to that shopping/getting ready for my youngest's birthday on Saturday and getting ready for my parents' visit, I'm exhausted. So exhausted.

Second, my mom called last night and told me they are coming in TONIGHT instead of TOMORROW afternoon.... SO, I will not be on again until Monday after they head home. I'm in a crunch because I thought I was going to have an extra morning to do the food shopping and prep during their drive time Friday .... not the case. They should arrive at around Midnight tonight.

I was in a cleaning mood today. Cleaned out the boxes onder my bed, cleaned my class cabinet with tge stuff in it and re-painted my front door.

Quiet here the last few days.

Good morning all! I am quickly popping in while I chug my coffee. We have a busy morning ahead of us. I spent the whole day yesterday baking and decorating 4 dozen cupcakes for my oldest daughter's bake sale at school tonight. I have to load her and the cupcakes into the car this morning and help her bring them to the classroom where they will be stored until this evening. I was hoping that there would be some kids there to help but they don't get there till later due to buses arriving right before class begins.

I will be around after that though, time to catch up on what I've missed and play around on the site. I've been pretty wiped out since this weekend's visit.

Is anyone else sorely disappointed by the lack of festivities for Subeta's birthday today?? I cannot believe no goodie bags!! :(

Sorry wasn't very chatty today. I kinda wandered around the site not really focusing on anything and then I picked up my hook and yarn and lost track of some time. Whoops!

That would make me lose my mind. I'd be sure to tell them they can take the cost of it off your next bill! Any chance you can find another vet too? They don't sound very caring, and if they treat people that way, how do they treat your beloved furballs when you aren't there!?

I know! Knittin's whole TC is dedicated to Subeta Birthday goodies. :( I get they are trying to keep to generic birthday items, but I still think they should recognize the site is in it's 11th year! Ah well.

Busy, just got home from work. 11:30pm here.
