I would like for there to be steam rising off the legs of the dragon I want this to be more of a steampunk style dragon but still traditional looking if that makes sense So pretty much one mechanical limb and whatever else you would like to throw in there without it become over the top

That sounds perfect with a mix of the two. No real pref on the colors just whatever would look the best between the two themes. I will try to think up a scheme though. The normal side of to look traditional in color and then of course the steampunk part will look different. I think scales would be good combined with fur on the back of the normal legs/ on the tail/back and on the head

USD is correct and I am fine with the extra fee I know this will be kind of complicated

@ CORE - Alright, so I talked with the husband on the way home from school after I had my first meltdown of the school year (I almost made it, two and half weeks to go). And I showed him his fatness and we were thinking of more ideas!

Would you be keen on doing two more commissions for me? We had the idea of Tempurra in a sumo wrestler outfit with the hair. We had a bunch of others like him in a magikarp costume, in a teacup or udon bowl, or in one of those tunnel tubes that would look like a sushi with his head popping out.

I'll hash out more concrete ideas if you are interested. Also, can I see what your chibi examples are? I was thinking of those since they're not quite focal point images. Thank you for your time :)

I was thinking sticking to powerful colours like sapphire, ruby, or emerald for the scales, as the contrast will look nice against the steampunk brass. The mecha features aren't overdone/overpowering, but if you think it's too little, by all means, let me know. I'll probably keep tinkering with details along the way, and the scales (& steam as a concrete visual) will be added later down the line. (: What do you think?

To be quite honest you don't need to ask me if I'd be keen - I've been thinking about excuses to draw random small drawings of Tempurra since half-way into the colouring process of the last one! xD

I took the liberty of putting down some sketches because it was too much fun not to.

I really like what you have there. The design overall looks great I think its great now but feel free to change it or add things ad you see fit.

I really love the colors your have as well. I think the blue is going to be the most unique out of the three but Hard choice because they all look pretty good.

@ CORE - Ok, so let's go with 3 chibis if that ok? :)

The sumo is just perfect, so keep him there.

I like the angle and pose for the teacup but I'd prefer a more traditional Japanese teacups. I like 1, 3, and 4 in shape. I think it would be nifty if it had maybe a sakura flower theme on the cup? I'm trying to keep Tempurra with a more Asian motif over all :)

And the magikarp is so much win!! Love love that one! I think maybe a slightly big fish tail might be just right. I like it so much though! Thank you <3

New edit: I love the magikarp quite a lot but it dawned on me that since Tempurra is supposed to be Subeta's internet cat, it might be better to have him in a minion-esque costume? I was thinking since I love snails so much it'd be fun to do a little nod to that.

Ideas: - Would be cute with the wobbly eye stalks. - A silly play on a dog-snail hybrid...also one of my very favorite minions on Subeta along with the Kopal. - Again with the big googly eyes!

Do you think if I say that Tempurra is blind it would be too tacky? I just think of all the current popular internet cats and they all have some genetic mutation (facial structure, short legs/stunted body).
