I've just registered too! It looks great! Too bad I have my old outfits saved on my computer and I can upload only one per day though. :( I hope this will change soon!

I noticed I can like my own avatars too. I dunno if anyone else already said it, but I think this shouldn't be allowed!

Registered this morning and totally agree with about uploading from the desktop! I have a lot of older avatars I'd like to upload but am disappointed in only being able to use 1 desktop upload per day (and I completely failed with that today since I didn't realize it was different & uploaded a current avi that I had saved to desktop, woops!). I don't see why we can't have that included into our 5 uploads - since you mentioned it doesn't matter whether or not we own the items. Which (if I'm understanding/thinking about this correctly) would have been the only reason that you needed to do it from you current wearable avi & have a limit on saved images.

I also voted for myself by accident this afternoon & concur that this shouldn't be allowed!

Also this site is really really awesome & I am loving the easy upload feature that links directly to my subeta avatars! So fast! <3

If you need to upload avatars from files. I'm sure we can get together and work something out as you're definitely not the only one. I can lift the limitation temporarily once everyone's on point, but yeah for now restrictions apply.

As for liking your own avatar, you can like your own Facebook post. So why not your own avatar? yolo

I was banned from the site as my brother wanted to register from the same computer... what?

Alrighty, time to explain how the ban system currently works.

If you have an account already made on Showcase that's linked to your Subeta account. It will not allow you to make any more accounts linked to the same Subeta account.

If you do, it only bans the new account, not your pre-existing one.

If your brother/sister/bff/etc wants to create an account and you're on the same computer. You need to log out of Subeta and allow them to login. Once they're logged in, they can create a Showcase account and link it to that Subeta account.

Log out of Subeta and go back to your own account. You'll both have your accounts then.

How your account got banned specifically, I can't confirm that at the moment. However it's been unbanned [edit]Unfortunately the multiple account auto-ban is glitched due to earlier bug fixes in the script. As such I've disabled the auto-ban however the multiple account restriction stays in place. I'll ping you when it's fixed so your brother can join in. Sorry about the trouble!

Was Style-file staff approved? It's just a fan site and it disclaims that everything is subeta's. I don't know though. D:

Is it really necessary to have it staff approved? I mean it's just a fan site and for those of us that spend millions of sp and csc (and real money) on items, it's a wonderful place to show off what we can do with our skills. It's just for fun :)

Now, not that it's any of your concern, but I had spoken with Keith a year or two ago regarding this site. It never got finished at the time, but it was approved and Subeta is credited for their image/item use on the site.

Unfortunately I can't find my message with Keith (perhaps I deleted it) but even he can attest to it.

My site is no different than StyleFile was/is and is simply another site that allows you to show off your Avatars.
