I've just remebered this thread, looking at overall and today's prices of items. They are still way off today and, thinking of it, were all through the Quest-A-Thon...

You know, since the quests got tweaked, sales in my shop have gone waaay down. Specifically Saggi not asking for super rares; now all of the super rares I've gotten from Library or Carl are just sitting in my shop because no one needs them to quest anymore. Not sure how that in particular is helping the economy.

Hm? Saggi still seems to be asking for super rares. I'd say it's an overhang of Quest-A-Thon; it pushed up the prices of both rares and super rares, making Saggi's quests harder to complete thanks to the inflated prices across the board. Now he's asking for 3 - 4 items every time and the prices haven't had a chance to stabilise we're seeing more quests that need to be turned down.

Saggi has asked me for maybe 1 or 2 super rares for all 15 quests in the last 3 nights. Nowhere near the super rares almost every quest. Maleria as well has almost completely stopped asking for SR items. Other people I was talking to have noticed it as well.

I'd say my ratios is closer to one SR per 2 - 3 quests but maybe that's just me being 'lucky'. The guarentee of profit from good rarities seems to be much lower, though. If you had multiple super rares requested on old Saggi you could easily make 300 - 400k+. Ceiling seems much lower and less dependant on rarity. Lots of rares are going for ~50k though, are you not making back profits on more sales from smaller items?

Not when I can't get rares from vending anymore. Almost everything in my shop is under 1k.

I'm not a vender - I prefer to restock and quest - so that's probably where the divide is! With Saggi asking for so many rare items they're selling at a decent pace for me.

I think there has been a slight backfire here, because while certain rarer items are selling for less, there are some r50 ish items that are just... Gone. I was questing and some of the items just weren't for sale at all and some were 500k easily. And these are all below r60 items. That shouldn't be. I don't know what's going on, but it might require some looking at. :x

I noticed it was mostly Saggi, too; none of the other quests gave me a huge problem with the price of items in NPC shops. But all the items Saggi was asking for have inflated considerably. I'm seeing r70s for 1 mil in user shops when they were 1-2k a week ago. Inflation is ok on these, I don't expect them to be 1-2k but 1 mil is kinda skyrocketing. I was patient and decided to see if by the end of the Quest-A-Thon things would change, but they've gotten worse, not better. I earned half of what I earned yesterday on Saggi today. This was NOT because of super rares, it was because the normals and rares have all somehow become harder to come by than SRs.

It's an extreme case, but the other rares seem to be shooting to ~50k each too. Which doesn't seem too bad, but questing-wise, hard to profit from :U

While I'm glad changes are being made, I'm just wondering if how many super rares are being stocked now in weapons is going to drive down prices for them. I was able to stock 7 in one stock, which seems to be a lot compared to maybe the 1-4ish it used to be. Along with the others I missed.

um i think there is something wrong with how the system is restocking. ive been playing a few hours and i've rsed like 100s of super rares but right now there's TOO MANY. i just looked at apothecary and it rsed like 50 elixirs and some potions (i got nightmare and reborn in the same rs) i don't think that's normal o_o i also got 2 K Stickers..

I noticed that too. I've never seen apothecary have such a huge stock before. It's at least 10x the usual.

People have been complaining that items are too expensive, seems to me that someone is tweeking the restocking temporarily to get people to restock more, bringing prices down. Maybe they accidentally added superares to that mix.

hm, some shops just rsed and there were no SRs at all so. lol now it's barely rsing anything again :'D
