Some people release many many batches, some as many as 5, some unlimited! Unlimited is good because you're not bound by the number of batches you release, like you can select Unlimited but release only 3 batchs. But usually the ones that slot better and sell better in future are the ones that are released in 1-2 batches only, making them pretty exclusive.

I think you can make the pastel one unlimited! From what I usually see, black/white/certain "natural hair" recolours seem to be the most limited.

Thing about unlimited batches is that it usually seems to find its way into the CW pawn shop. Boo. :C That's why some people only release 1-2 batch of any items, or some lucky items get 3. If you're thinking of releasing them unlimited, I think it's best you keep it locked in your shop, or only unlock a few at any given time to buy.
