I don't know what browser you use, but I know for Chrome you can get an auto-refresher extension. Maybe open up a new tab or window and let it auto-refresh for a while?

It's an extension in the Chrome store-- you can set it to automatically refresh a page at a certain interval (in seconds or minutes). I looked through the rules, and didn't see it. But I don't see why it would be against the rules anyway, as it's just refreshing. You can sit on a page and manually hit refresh all day long but your fingers will get tired XD Though in this case, it would be a little less fun, because you wouldn't see the actual event.
