The art would be of this pet. He is an afghan hound. Fabulous Whoosh Sparkle sparkle He has some art and such on his page, if it helps any; if you don't feel like drawing an actual shit ton of fur, you don't have to. Little wispy tufts on his body are fine; the long hair is mostly just important on his ears/head/chin and tail. I already posted it, but just for the sake of everything being in one place, I'd like it in a style like this one, kind of watery/bloomy, uh, what's the word... iridescent? and ghost-y looking. Very light, diluted/unsaturated greens, purples and blues would be nice. Pose is also up to you. Is it also possible to do something like this with a transparent background, or no?

It is possible. It will have some parts that will look somewhat sheer, but it is. I just usually do not do it unless requested because it is a bit harder. Hamada's piece is a sheer.

Yeah, I'd like transparent for profile reasons. Don't worry about getting hard edges or contrast or coloring, and definitely don't worry about making the whole thing 100% solid with only the background transparent. I like the translucent, watery looking, kind of pale monochromatic style of the one I linked, so even if the outer portions of the subject has a blurry random transparency to it, it's fine (and tbh will probably be preferred over clean/hard edges). Hopefully I even made sense
