Quesadilla, with a little pico de gallo Waffles with sprinkle of powdered sugar and thinly sliced sharp cheddar slices on top are also good, or maple syrup (the real thing) and blue cheese crumbles. Or a lightly strewn finely chopped walnuts, carob chips. and cardamom.
