I picked a bad time to jump in on the discussion, as I more than detest the idea of consuming eggs on their own (baked goods and etc aren't a problem)... Putting that aside though, huevos rancheros seems like a much more approachable dish than eggs benedict.

I love hushpuppies, and I've never tried falafel but have always wanted to... so I'm going to pick falafel.

We''re just having laughs with food and words, apology not needed. In RL foods are part of a social contract and you'd really have to eat one or the other. Here, not so much since only pets eat food and HAs do not.

Corn fritters are more like apple fritters, but with corn kernels in them! Sounds weird, tastes amazing.

I DO love tamalito. I make cornbread all the time, but I need to try to learn how to make tamalito, because that stuff is addictive... :O
