Yeah same, we had loads of comics today hidden all across the garden and i turned them into 7 packages of 3 or 4 comics and i was counting in the end: did i get them all 7?

No, sadly. This is just our cat that got really sick suddenly, but just as suddenly did a 180 at the vets between her talking to us late evening one night, and early morning, where we thought he wasn't going to make it. Then he was meowing and yowling and demanding the world and wouldn't shut up (apparently) if he used the litter box, or flipped his bed over.

As for the kitten, there was a funeral most of the street went to on a Monday, and I was going to take the signs down then, but by the time we were back most of the places were closed, so I figured I"d get the signs another day. Tuesday around 5pm someone calls, can identify the ginger marks on the kitten, and says it is his kid's and "thinks its been missing a few days (no, it was really over a week and a half at that point and we had taken it to the vets and.. ugh). We gave the kitten back, though it was really hard to do. Lots of tears around, and I kept having to stop myself from walking down to visit the kitten to see if it was okay, since the people didn't seem to give a fuck that they had it back, or care that it was missing... and my kids (and later when I wasn't with the kids) were in tears giving back the kitten... ...

After the kitten left, though, our black and white cat has suddenly gotten far more cuddly and attention-whore. Been sleeping inside, and more of a proper cat.

When I was hiding things for the kids, I did it in doubles so both kids would get the same item from the same hiding place, and they knew only to take one. I'm pretty sure I found everything at this point. Comics sounds like a pretty neat thing to hunt/hide for

Ohh i didn't know you already had a cat :o So he is better now? Lets hope the tiny kitten escapes again towards you then you can be like: LOL NOPE MINE NOW.

Wasn't your cat a proper house cat before? More the go outside and hunt kind of cat?

Ohh we can't do that because they run together and take everything they see for themselves. Ruben even took 3 chocolate packs while he is lactose intolerant and doesn't like chocolate. I counted before hand and i knew i had 7 packs of comics and 3 packs of chocolate so in the end i counted if i had it all.

Yea, he's all better now. He was better before the kitten showed up. Since around Christmas he has been inside more often, and wanting to sit n my lap, though while the kitten was here, he was pissed and once the kitten left he's been even more over the top friendly. Before Christmas, he was a come around and hang around cat, and only really pestered us to be fed. Then he saw my inlaws cat on my lap and was all "oh, I see this is a thing I can do, alright." He often sits upright in my lap, and rests his head on my wrist as I try to type and he sleeps like that. Weird cat.

But yea, that was the plan if the kitten were to have wandered back it was like "oh, well. Mine now, love it and let it go, comes back to you.. all that jazz, my kitty now." We even left the side door open the next day and few nights incase it did wander back, but we haven't seen it since. I still miss her.

I asked the kids if they wanted to do a free for all, or to be fair and I hide things in pairs, and they only take half.. and both wanted to do things fairly, so they both would get the same amount. That kind of stinks that Ruben took the things just to get them, rather than .. leaving them or sharing?

He just suddenly became an inside cat? Maybe he realizes he has to claim his owners :p When we got our new cats Idifix was also all over us because she wanted to show the new cats that the humans were hers. Sounds like a nice change of heart though, now you got a cuddly cat :D

Maybe she'll wander back at some point. My George kept wandering back to me for 3 years. He disappeared permanently last year around this time :( Have you considered just getting a second cat?

I think he'll end up having to share them, they are raised very very strictly and hell will break lose if he doesn't share fair and square. But it just sucks for Leen that she didn't get the opportunity to find stuff because Ruben just grabbed everything.

[edit] Oh and can I change goals? I won't do the plushies and just want to focus on beanbags for now. So bye bye plushie goal and this one instead: Beanbags, starting: 1433, goal: 1480

I completed my goal of 250mil and would like to change it to 350mil, please.

Thanks. Good to know I'm among like minds. XD And if you want to yell me into saving my sP every few days or so, that'd be fine by me. I'm doing pretty good right now. I've actually done my quests like a good girl for the weekend and played some games and sold lots of things in my shop, all to the tune of about 2m a day. And I took an art commission, so there's that. I'm thinking about maybe starting up a jewelry shop again or selling some other kind of...something, lol.
