Austria is so weird because one the one hand more and more people are supporting that party and yet, we voted Conchita Wurst to be our contestant for the Song Contest last year and there wasn't THAT much backlash.

I didn't know Austria was so extreme :o I did know Switzerland has done some extreme things in the past year, but i didn't know Austria was going the same way.

Our government is also screwing everyone over. They raised the school money to 900€ while it was 600 before. They lowered all government support, lowered all budgets, raised all targets that need to be met with less money. Once I got my proper education and money i'm out of here.

see, I didn't know about Switzerland. well, that party used to be in power a few years ago and I remember Austria getting shit about from all of Europe (thankfully so). I really hope people will come to their senses and not vote for them but we had a lot of asylum seekers come to Austria recently and a lot of people are all: OMG, why do these people come here and get all this money/free stuff and why do they take our jobs?! sigh

My dad is a teacher for the government, he teaches unemployed wanting to learn programming and they raised his target of work ready students from 8 to 35 students a year while he doesn't even have that many computers.
