I don't think he will, though he is more of a cat person. But he will get on with the dog okay. hehe well he's sitting right now anyway :P I don't know about a good deal, but I got one. Not up for too much longer, haven't slept. Damn insomnia.
Congrats! :D :D :D A zoo is just begging for good pictures. lol
Hopefully you will be able to sleep. :hugs:

That should've read "meet" rather than "need" - my fingers are typing faster than my brain right now 😊
that sounds perfect! :D :D :D I need to get on and knit myself another pair of fingerless mitts - the last pair I made from wool, shrank in the wash so they're not quite long enough now 😊

That sounds like a great project.. would you mind if I pick your brain for some knitting help? I promise I will be gentle. 👼

I can't guarantee I know the answer, but I'll try ;)

Appreciate it. :* I am knitting this iphone hoodie. http://coloradomoms.com/wp-content/uploads/iPhone-Hoodie.pdf
Increasing – Purl the next row then work as follows: Row 1: K2, KFB, move marker, KFB, K2, KFB, move marker, KFB, K6, KFB, move marker, KFB, K2, KFB, move marker, KFB, K2 Row 2: Purl all stitches. Repeat rows 1 and 2 until there are 10 stitches before the first marker and purl the next row
This part is making me a bit unsure of things. When row 1 is repeated you will have four stitches in front of the marker? As the KFB is increasing....
Are we meant to K3 when the row is repeated before KFB and moving the marker?
Or possibly K2 and 2 KFB?

opens the pattern to take a look
oooo that'll look really nifty :D :D
Ok, it looks like it starts at the top (so the hood part), so
Row 1 (first repeat): K3, KFB, move marker, KFB, K3, KFB, move marker, KFB, K7, KFB, move marker, KFB, K3, KFB, move marker, KFB, K3 which would give you: 5 stitches, marker, 7 stitches, marker, 9 stitches, marker, 7 stitches, marker, 5 stitches
(row 4 is a purl row again)
- basically you want to KFB on the stitch before and the stitch after each marker, and just knit the other stitches ;)
....does that help? (or it could easily just confuse you even more!)

That is what I thought they wanted me to do.. but wasnt sure as they didnt specify in the pattern really. o-o I think I will try this and see how it turns out. You do start off knitting the hood. :nods:
Thank you so much for taking a peek at it!

yeah, that could've been phrased a lot better in the pattern - although I guess writing "knit until the stitch before the marker, KFB, move marker" sounds a bit awkward ;)
You're welcome - hopefully that knits up really nicely! :D :D

Patterns can be fun like that. :P At least I have learned something new... KFB. lol
I hope so! :D Its a fun lil project.

hehe the first time I tried to KFB I got in a complete mess 😊 but I do find it easier than just picking up the yarn between the stitches - that always leaves an ugly gap when I try that o.O

:nods: I did have to study a youtube video to figure out how it was done. :P Thanks fully not too complicated. Just hoping the sleeves will not be too bad. They are kinda neat... as you can have the earphone cords through them. lol

that's a great idea - it should help keep them untangled too! ;) :D

I might end up using it for my ipod.. to make it more stylish... and for protection. 👼 Using thick pink yarn. lol

that's a brilliant idea! Is there an idea of the size it'd come out as on the pattern?

Its hard to say... I figure its not the end of the world if its a tiny bit bigger at least. :)

nods I reckon it should definitely work for the ipod, but if it ends up being a bit bigger, that could make it easier to get it in and out ;)

it was fun, tired though and in pain. going for nap in a mo. yeah I got that ;) he can probly meet the dog at the bookstore. Also loving the clothing shopping HA.
thanks :D I'm running out of different backgrounds & outfits to do for her Hogsmeade shopping trip laughs
I love the red look today - I hadn't thought that red would work so well with RP-Raven's skin tone, but it looks amazing! :D
