I think Crockett would be unhappy if I brought another dog into the house now. Perhaps in the future I will adopt again, but for now I'll just concentrate on him.

Got a question or two about the new virus system. If we have a old old one (I have Bakers Kiss) can we get others without giving the current one we have up? I'd like to see what they look like and get them for the wardrobe skins for future use but if it costs me my access to older items in the Den I am going to pass.

(I tried to post this on the old topic but it never showed up so posted it here. If it is on the old topic please just ignore it. I cannot see it there but have no idea if it will show up in the future. Sorry if this is a double ping as well!)

@blackwolf_2009 it appears if you wish to get a new strain, you have to take your old strain off in beta-Wardrobe. Otherwise the VIP page presumes you're there to register to Bite.

Oh. Should I wait for people to experiment a bit more or what then?

@blackwolf_2009 (from the survival FAQ) All Zombie Den items will be available to all members of the site later in the event (not just zombies!).

Q: If I already am a zombie from x year, what happens if I sign up using the VIP? A: You'll keep your previous strain as well as get the one you signed up for this year! Remember, the new strain you signed up for will only unlock after it's hit it's final stage.

@blackwolf_2009 If you wanted to get as many Skins as possible, I think you should go for a likely one right away. In past Survivals where it was possible to change strains there wastime to get at least one more. If you wait, then you'd be sure to get the one you want, but that might be the only one you get.

Me, I haven't been infected in years, since we were forced to be infected by Baker's Kiss if we wanted to continue that plot. I am happy to not have the skins so I will stay un-bitten this year. I've got my Shrunken Heads on, so beware my zombiespunch.
