Well, I'm not feeling ill for once and the shoulder isn't hurting anymore but I also aggravated one of my herniated discs earlier this week so now I can't straighten my back or stand for long periods of time because that's just my luck. On the bright side, though, the sun's been visible for three days in a row, my orchid is blooming, and my mood's improved enough I can at least laugh at what a broken mess I am.

I'm glad y'all are better, my brother has that disc issue, we call it luck of a buzzard, if anything's going to go way wrong, it happens to him. Something as simple as a stumble can make his neck hurt to the point he cant turn his head. I totally get what yall are sayin' on that one.

I'm doing my very best to take care of myself, which is a pretty difficult task for me honestly. I have a lifelong habit of forgetting my own needs even when they overlap with the needs of others. For instance, I remembered to pick up my grandmother's groceries after work today but forgot about my own. At least I was already planning to go out tomorrow.
