I totally agree with you Mama Bear ...that is unforgivable and most of my gifting was after the 20th as well. Subeta has got a lot to answer for especially when they take our real money at the Cash Shop and stick us with the Ultimate Grinch Screw-Up! 😿

And have the Staff said anything about the missing friends and presents that up and vanished from the "Gifts Given List"...do those people get their gifts, or has it all disappeared into the vapor???

Gosh I dont know, I hope this gets solved. Its like Gremlins or Grinch hve been running around subeta lately.

Reading other posts it appears that the names that disappeared from the Gifts Given List are the ones affected by the glitch. Looks like they will get their gifts, but only anonymously.

I have 7 friends who dropped off my list, so I will just check with them by sMail to make sure they got my gifts.

Grelca pretty much said that's all they can do...so fingers crossed that the situation doesn't get any worse. :)

You're one of the lucky ones my dear ! Puts the folks who did lose friends in a rather awkward position. I'm not going to list items that I sent, but just make sure that all the bears who disappeared off my list know that they were in my thoughts and wish them a Happy Luminaire. :)

Next year, I'm just using the Gift Center cause Murphy's Law has a wicked sense of humor...lol ;)

and I hope this is resolved soon as grelca said she is going to be working on the problem asap she is on a plane back to LA right now and when she get some sleep she will dive right in and see what the problem is and how to solve it but yes anything from 12/20 to 12/25 was "lost" sorta of you will get your gift you just wont know who sent it anything before that day you will know who sent the gift

That just takes out the fun of knowing, but the up swing and at least we still get the gifts.

I agree ...total coding snafu. As someone previously said the stockings hadn't been used in a while, so whoever ran the old script should have some explaining to do, or be put into stocks so we can throw rotten chibi fruit at them! :)

It's embarrassing for all the users affected and throwing a bit of CSC around really doesn't take away the sense of disappointment since a lot of people put a great deal of thought and camaraderie into their gifts.
