Is anyone else having problem with their HAs changing in the forums? I changed my HA in wardrobe last night. She is showing up with the right outfit on my profile, but it hasn't changed yet in the forum.

I'm having that problem. It's very annoying. By the time it DID change I had gone on to another look. Right now I'm a leonine Elizabethan lady.

This si annoying me so much. I am in the same outfit I put on since Monday. I have changed twice since then, and my outfit in the forums hasn't changed. Maybe it will change if I go nekkid!!

He is making it seem so easy now. But it has taken a while to get him to this point. I have been trying for months. I tried to start training him not too long after he turned 2 years old, but he wasn't having any of it. Then he moved up to the next age group in daycare, and he was the only kid in hi class still in diapers, but that didn't phase him at all. He still refused to use the potty for months. A few months ago I thought he was finally going to get it. A new teacher started at his school, and he was going to the bathroom for her, but still refused to go at home. So I left it alone. I quit pushing him, and just let it be. He ended up moving classrooms again a few weeks ago, after his birthday. He is the only kid in his class still in diapers, and when the teacher brings them all to the bathroom, he has to sit and wait until all the other kids are done. He doesn't get to wash his hands or get a treat and I think maybe it finally clicked. Out of the blue Monday afternoon, when we got home, he asked me if I could take him to the bathroom. And he actually used it. I made a big deal out of it, and he was so proud of himself. I kept him out of a diaper the rest of the evening, until he went to bed, and he used the toilet and stayed dry. Yesterday we did the same thing. I shall see if he continues again today when he gets home from daycare. He is finally doing it.

Just keep asking if he needs to use the big boy potty every 15 minute. It gets them into the routine. Make it his job also in public to know where the bathrooms are. Unless you are worried he would go off on his own then I wouldnt.

LOL. I dare not give him any ammo to wander off in public any more than he already does. He is very brave. He hates sitting in the basket, and puts up a huge fight, so I try to let him walk when we go to the store, as long as he stays near me, most of the time making a rule for him to hol don to one side of the basket. But 3 year olds tend to have a short attention span, and the minute something catches his eye, he is off and running. If he knew that he could use the bathroom in a store, and where to find it, I don't think I would ever get him to leave. Eventually we will have to take the potty training out of the house and into the big, bad world, but for right now, I am happy to slap a diaper on his butt just to be able to keep track of him.

This is really not what I had in mind when I started zapping. I was kind of hoping maybe to get a zapped minion, but also to get the New Experiment . Kind of a funky pet.. the treasures are colorful for something like that and not storm type.. which IMO is more of a serious type.

Not sure whether to keep zapping now or not is in a conundrum

So I am not the only one who enforced hold onto the shopping cart rule. That also included any friends that tagged along. In short their friends never asked again to tag along, and that was kind of my point. Who needs an extra child to tag along, when you have 3 to start with already. Plus my boys knew misbehave (wonder off for example) meant the next shopping trip they stayed home with Dad.

I wish I had the stay home with dad option. But at least he isn't old enough yet to want to have friends over.

When he does have friends, dont worry about offending anyone. They miss behave their parents need to pick them up. I did this more than once. I even drove one home. In the same breath, my boys were talk to frequently about visiting friends home manners when they got older.

My two older boys mostly played with kids in the neighborhood, but they never had anyone sleep over, so I didn't have to worry about that. My daughter isn't yet asking to have friends over, but she is getting close to the age where she would want to have sleep overs. If ever she makes plans for friends over, I would hope she asks ahead of time so I can plan and not have other things to do. But I totally agree that there is a certain behavior appropriate when kids visit someone else's house.

I probably asked this before but anyone have a check list of what opponents there are on Subeta? I checked the thread they have listed in Useful Links in the Battle section but it lead to a closed thread. I'm half tempted to suggest a list or something in the battle coliseum so it's easier to keep track of who you have and don't. -_-'
