My backgrounds have also vanished. I thought Photobucket was down, but it's ONLY the backgrounds. My overlays and other images hosted there are showing fine, and the site isn't down.

Backgrounds are down! I tested on my leashed pet, and now, you will need to add !important to url and background repeat for it to work. Please fix master coding. I don't want to live in a world where everything is "!important".

Yeah background images are gone. Caused by the following code having been added:

, , body, html {background:none!important;}

I can't really see what good that is supposed to do, unless it's part of some bigger change, that is as of yet unfinished.

sighs I should have known better than to start coding a new pet profile while these pages are still acting up. ^^; Confirming that I am having the same issue with no backgrounds showing up. I use both the body AND html tags to make my backgrounds, and images in both have suddenly vanished.

Yeah, I am also concerned about this. I hope that the staffer who evaluates the spotlight entries takes a break from that until the pet profiles are fixed. I would hate for great pets to get kicked/rejected when it isn't the owner's fault. Especially when the recent goal has been to get MORE pets into the spotlight queue.

Glad I decided to check this thread since the last code alteration was resolved here. |D Please stop breaking my pet pages gaiz. I already had to go edit 47 of the damn things from the last change. If they keep breaking in new and exciting ways every few days I'm gonna punch my screen.

I'm glad I don't have that much time to spend on here right now, but yeah... the broken Pet Profiles seem to be a new trend on Subeta. Way to go.

Well, couldn't find a way to rescue Pascow's coding though, not sure why he wouldn't let me use repeat-x on the main background and the color black just how it was before...

I have two Pets in Spotlight right now, not sure if they were even accepted before. But yeah... not awesome right now with all the coding being messed up.

Now off to bed and waiting for the next new master coding that breaks everything once again.

Okay seriously now I'm upset. This had to have started after 4am Subeta time since I coded a profile around then and now it's broken. FIX THIS. I'VE GOT COMMISSIONS TO FINISH. TIME IS MONEY.

Maybe change the title to "Pet profiles breaking left and right" or something similar since this has now exited the realm of being just the footer's fault.

Thanks for the coding help but it sadly doesn't work for me. As I said, on my screen my and most other untouched profiles look fine so as soon as I put in a code to fix the look for everyone else it looks off on my end. ;o;

To be honest I'm close before giving up and deleting all my profiles, it just makes no sense anymore I'm afraid. -_-

I just checked my profiles, and it looks like the 10px alignment trouble has gone on some pets (but is still there on others o.O)- Gregorovitch, Tigrean and Agriculture are fine now, but Dr Watson is still misaligned. If the pet profile coding reworking is finished, then that's not a problem, as I can just manually recode Dr Watson to get his profile aligned properly :)

Oh bleh more messed up profiles, they weren't like this for me yesterday or even at 2AM so what the heck. PLEASE STOP JACKING WITH THE CODE.

Now one of my pets(JC.) his page scrolls forever and a year past his layout. Also Triggers' is all out of alignment again and it looks really bad awful, when it was just fine earlier!

my pet Oreo is done coding, art everything and to my surprise even nominated however its been a few days since i looked at his profile and to my surprise its not even working properly, Is their something I can do without me messing him up further, i really dont want to play with his code much and destroy everything i have achieved
