I was on Deviantart yesterday, I joined to post a picture, but I didnt get this ad thing, however I did get a random program on my computer as I described, from somewhere.

Well I was doing good and didn't have this problem for about a day and now it's back again. I was trying to use the shop search again and it kept change the page to the "Lemode - mgz.com" page. I'm not sure if I should file a ticket or not just to make sure the staff actually know about this.

Edit: Thought I should also add that I use a Linux Operating System as well. So it's not just a Windows OS problem.

, Ill do that, thanks for the info, I went onto SL earlier, and one of its pages took me to the ad page again, could it be associated with SL as well or is it because they have the same ad providers as subeta?

Sorry I meant Subetalodge when I said I was redirected from SL. Ive just got adblock and gone to Subetalodge, when ive clicked to search user shops from SL it has done it correctly for the last few minutes, so fingers crossed. Im sorry if im confusing things talking about SL, I tend to do that, but it was happening to me when I was clicking the link to Subeta, from Subetalodge so its relevant I hope.

I hope this gets fixed soon. I'm using my iPad for the meantime.

I really hope this gets fixed soon too. It happened so many times I lost count. This is getting really aggravating. I know that we need the ads to help keep the site free, but when it interrupts this much it makes me not want to use the site. Hopefully ads will be checked into more before their place on the site.

Yup, I'm getting what Pumpkin gets. Pain in the ass. It's happened a few times over the last few days, but I just got about 6 in quick succession while trying to do Wiz quests--seems he redirects to these pages more often than not tonight. May give up on quests for now, I'm afraid I'll accidentally click something gnarly.

I've got the same issue as well and I have a Mac and use Safari. My Anti-Virus software actually recognised it but I was confused why it was blocking something on Subeta all of a sudden so I cancelled it but the adverts keep coming (especially when buying something from main shops)

I might just Adblock on subeta for now until it gets resolved as it slightly concerns me.

This has been happening to me too, but I've also noticed it on other non-subeta sites that use the same adverts.

It happens when an ad entitled "Design Your Working Specs" features on a page. I googled that ad; apparently it's happening to lots of people on other sites, too.

A slight relief, as I immediately feared a virus was responsible.

[Edit] I have AVG and MalwareBytes and nothing nasty has been detected.....still, I'm a bit wary!

I've got to those websites, and my Windows Defender just alerted me about 2 backdoors, 3 vbs/jencxus and 2 browser modifiers (kipod tools cby) - the modifiers and 1 jencxus after activating AdBlock. I removed them directly on Windows Defender, and I'm scanning with Windows Malware Removal. Anyway, I don't think this will remove the backdoors permanently. Any other suggestions?

Plus, I've been only on Subeta, Facebook, news sites (Globo and other trusted brazillian news pages), Google, IMDb and Wikipedia. No active torrents or downloads.

I've only got the bad stuff while on subeta (like clicking on the news or moving an item to a shop). I use chrome on PC on Windows 7.

It's happening to me on my iphone 5c, but not my laptop. It's completely ridiculous.

Getting this same problem too if I try to go to the cash shop without having ABP active. Same website that posted.

It just happened to me twice now as well. I have a Mac and am using Google Chrome. At first I also thought that I was accidentally clicking on the add but I realized that something is getting redirected from subeta to these fishy sites. I hope this is fixed.
