- I always find the same thing. The turn after my blessings drop, I get frozen, or something gets stolen. Need to work harder to get to at least 5 on Super FBJ.

Thanks! He's tough, but it's fun to have a challenge again :) I love being able to stomp most challengers, but every so often having a fight is great.

Your wins are very impressive considering t13s are having trouble with 10 and you're still tier 12! Wuf is a persistent fellow.

Thank you! helps having what I consider probably the best set against him. I'm sure all of the t13 pets had what I used against him then they would be able to get to 10 wins with even fewer losses than I got :p

i always tried to chain freeze straight off the bat, because that's when i could get the most damage in. i had such a rough time breaking through his defenses. ultimately, i think the magma potions made the difference in that regard.

if it helps any, the combo that ended up working for me was swashbuckle + skull staff + many many many dark magma potions. even then, i took about 12 losses and 1 tie :/

for me, I did: mecha + helmet + lucky scroll first turn and hoped he didn't ohko me, if he did, I'd start over. then two blasters + gelaspell second turn then just my attackers and skelly until I felt like I needed a freeze. glaciatings were nice when they decided to help me out with a freeze too.

- Yeah, the skull staff seems like it would be great against him, alas, I has not one of those. Been trying to get away with trident+PBB with moderate success. 3 wins 2 losses, haven't had time to try more than that yet. Hopefully tomorrow. For now, BQs need to get finished. Today was stupid busy for being my day off.

Bought 30 amulets and only got 3 tomes.

god i'm like kicking myself for not even thinking to use my mecha... that curse would've come in so handy.

that's not a bad start at all! i don't doubt you'll be able to get to 5 without too much difficulty. i know what you mean about busy days, though. i just barely got my BQs in with enough time... but i ended up with 78k exp between BQs and the pirates so, i guess i can't complain ;)

whee 6k health! and you're so close to 4k strength/defence. noice!

tried for on steroidJacques, got served 8k crits straight off the bat for the first two fights, survived a double polly in the third only for him to turn around and steal everything except my swash. Then he used my pquill and my skull staff to heal himself and kill me at the same time. I'd be mad if I wasn't so impressed.

speed boost always helps, along with the extra healing and curse. it's quite handy for taking on high hp opponents :P

Yup! My goal was 4k in both strength and defense by Morostide, but I'm def hitting it way earlier than that. 6k was also a goal for Morostide. XD
