- Keep playing if you like the game, but it does get tedious. I love playing when I have a break at work, the touch screen makes it so much easier to play! Phones are also good for that, but I hate doing it with a mouse, a touch pad is even worse! But it's decent sP, and the intel EXP is nice (though I wish that Intel EXP was a more site-wide thing than just a mystic spindles thing)

I never use it for Intel.... I just go right for the books... I'm a horrible horrible pet owner... ;-;

I suppose that's true... I think I did a few intel points for Bond last year but I seriously forget the game is even there. Plus I'm only able to play level 5 I'm far too stupid for anything higher.

i can imagine the game can be easier and a lot faster on tablet. wish i still have one. now i got new pre-sleep activity on my phone :)

you can do it. the game is actually not hard at all once you know the technique, it is just tedious.

- If you can play level 5 you can play the four corners, heck, if you can play level one, you can play everything. There's only two things you need to know: 1 moving an odd base, top piece goes to the same open stack as the base will be going; and 2 moving an even base, top piece goes to opposite stack. I usually just refresh the metalworking game until at least 2-3 of the base pieces are in the right place to begin with. Makes it a lots faster.

if you can manage to play four corners, you can get 40 intel points per game in about 2 minutes. i also use the even odd method like but it is hard to explain and even understand in writing. much better if we can have pictorial. i haven't found any guide with picture so far.

- You can get about 350 points per day if you do four corners 10 times, plus about 150k sP. Just refresh until you get the bases in the right spots :P Often times you can run into games that take less than a minute to play.

- Yeah, touch screen really helps, but there are still things to look out for, like if you swipe too fast to the right, it scrolls back a page, and spindles doesn't save your mid-game progress if you leave the page without pausing, and my phone/tablet screen is too small, so I have to scroll sideways to get to the far spindles, but still much easier than touch pad, which is my alternative.

Re: - I've been thinking about making a guide actually. Now that I'm playing it more often.

nice tips. my screen is very small too. cannot zoom out too much or i can't pick them. i don't play everyday, but when i play, i'll play to make up for the days i missed. if only intel wasn't so expensive, i wouldn't be this desperate with mystic spindles.

edit: please make a guide for it. with pictures and step by step. you have my support!!! it is hard to learn by try and error.

- I just wish there were more ways to gain intel EXP, like other puzzle games, or even battling. It has some potential to be a fun other currency.

- Yeah, there's an achieve for doing four corners in under 2 minutes. If you get a good game, you can do it in under one. My fastest time has been 21 seconds. (gotta get really lucky on that, 5 of the bases didn't have to move and the rest fell into place nicely)

more ways to get intel is always welcome. i don't care if it is yet another mind games. at least i can switch when i get bored. after all, intel is endless.
