Ok, I admit I'm out of the loop when it comes to battling. I'm not up to date on changes with opponents and things so maybe something's going on that I don't understand but this is a simple BQ against Saggi. No curses active, no blessings so how can the icons delt by my weapons that are not blocked by his cause almost 0 damage? Im confused.

i thought it says you are doing 375 damage?

from what I can see only earth, water, and your ice got through. but the damage wasn't enough ...since he also healed too.

Hey =) Yeah, I thought I should have done more then I saw the zero and got all kinds of confused.

- It looks like you did 375 damage there, he blocked all the dark/light/fire (magma) icons you did leaving only the Earth/Ice/Water. HE was the one who did no damage because you used the RV. The total damage on his side is the damage you did to him, not the damage he took. And in the end, he healed more than the damage you dealt, so he actually gained HP that turn.

I have done 0 battle since the revamp, not even BQs. I dunno, for some reason the new changes were incredibly demotivational and not at all inspiring me to do more battling.

He's blocking all your Dark, fire, light and magma. The remaining icons add up to 31. That doesn't seem underpar for 375 damage considering your pet's strength

All that EXP from all the challengers from easy to VH + Effigy when I battled him last night. Gonna boost my boy up and then see which EH challengers I want to bother with.

sighs I get that but you know me, even tho I don't say much, I gotta battle, it's why I came here from Neo all those years ago. And thanks, once I handed a very sticky toddler back to her momma for a bath and can actually look at the battle I see where I got confused.

That puts him at 1855 stats from tier 12 as of right now! And he still has a bunch of EH challengers to fight. Might not battle them all tonight but I can get a few maxed out, save the rest for later on. Kinda what I did with Dameon, left a few challengers out so I can work on them later.

Well I ran out of spare time this evening, but I finished with 7 pets against the cursed effigy. In the end I scored a metric ton of effigys as well as:

Scale of Red Rreign x10 Dark Mage Amulet x20 Fire Mage Amulet x21 Magma Mage Amulet x11 Death Mage Amulet x19

Not too bad of a haul, in theory |D;

I also got 5 amulets from Quentin (whooo) for a total of 76 amulets... which netted meee -drumroll- -tinfoil hat- ... 10 tomes.

The tinfoil hat didn't help ;_;

Those Bluud Wands are the worst. D: I don't think I blasted any on my last 5 wins, battles went on forever. Think I'll do Crithbolcan next, kinda doing descending EXP through the Impossibles.

Is anyone else super happy about the challenger reset and grateful for all of the exp/loot etc but also sad because of the lost special/event/boss challengers in their stats record? I'm sad about my night lady loss especially because she was the first challenger I ever tried, and needless to say she wiped the floor with my tier nothing at the time - but the following year, I managed to get my wins on her and that was the sweetest victory for me so far.... I think we should be given a challenger week with every opponent ever just so we can get our wins (losses) back...please? bats eyelashes

I think I am going to scratchcard my pet to the new cap - already got 5 stats from about 30 cards and one from Job Agency!

At this point I'm mostly just sad about the battle loot that was linked to achievements. I gave Meatslab the meanest a couple goes but without the Baal to entice me to keep going I think I'm done for a while. xD

Getting another Forj Scroll was nice, though. n_n

I hate, hate, hate achievement bound prizes, esp. if they are supposed to be used up for a combination (Baal, Gelatin Concoction,...)!

Baenwurath, Chase and Mutant Scientist left to cross off the Impossible challengers. Oh, and the Paramnesia two, too, but yeah. Up to 423k EXP.
