Meh, I couldn't care less about new BQs, personally. I can barely be bothered anymore to do the BQs we have. Not super hyped about a different way to earn exp for a pet that can't use it, or for my second pet, who's turning into a clone of the first anyway.

Stat reallocation though. That's calling my name. I'd pay ridiculous fees to take every single one of my pets to 0 speed.

I find myself wondering, will there ever be new weapons to make with the supplies from the Smithy or at the alchemist. Seems like those started with so much promise and then nothing more.

20K exp today. I too am curious about all of this new stuff that is going to be happening. Can't wait!

As much as I would absolutely love to be able to optimize my stats to how I want them, I think a stat reset would just be a horrible idea, for any price. All it would do is make everyone have exactly the same build because speed is absolutely worthless and everyone is better off avoiding it completely if they have the choice. It would take so much out of the little differences in builds we have already, and completely nullify the idea of making new pets to try different builds. I really hope that idea is scrapped.

(the worst part is, is that I was really avid about having this as soon as a stat cap was mentioned, but really its a game breaker I can see now)

i think he just wants ideas on that. And imo, releasing stat reducers might be an option. Stat reducers let you essentially "reallocate" your stats. But at a price. So then people will have to weigh their options, yadayada.

I could live with stat reducers at a moderate cost in the battle shop. that way it takes direct time and effort in battling to accomplish, which most things battle related ought to. Then they will mostly be used just to tidy up builds, or to fix some mistakes, rather than completely restatting. Ideally if they could somehow combine it with an sP sink (I loves me some sP sinks). Maybe costs battle tokens to buy, then a small amount of sP to use.

so I made this suggestion in the sP sink thread. It's about renting weapons for sP from an NPC and having a small -1 mod slot applied per weapon or something like that. Any other battlers (maybe the ones who can't beat baenwurath with their sets as is) care to weigh in?
