bleh, I've been so good with bqs since the start of the month but I think I've hit the wall. 😞 might be time to focus on Abe for a bit, see how quickly I can bump him up to tier 10.

Has anyone seen this, know anything about it? [edit] Would help if I checked the description. Though why would they add it to the item directory if we cannot use it?

Slaglord uses that scroll, so I don't think its for us to have.
