I'm told that technology updates over time made it easy to change it to a bigint!
Okay, I don't think I would spend $1,000.00 (or is that $10.00) in RL cash for a godly, but congrats on those who can. :)
Are godlies even good weapons or are the just for show? Just wondering.

oh god. yeah.

They're good weapons for show

The old godlies are good weapons but we've made cheaper alternative godlies and semi-godlies that work just fine for battling... so it's partly "good weapon" and partly a status thing. We like for the old godlies to retain their value.
It'd be like, a Ferrari Dino (or any vintage cars, but this is good illustration). It was a good car, a great car back then. Now you could buy a house for that price, like you could buy a whole wardrobe / plushie collection / read all the books for the price of a godly
Good car/weapon, but the price makes it a collector item. The stats alone don't justify the price entirely anymore

Once again the site plays favorites. Yet again, a few users "investments" are protected at the expense of other users. Funny how it's always the richest users who have their wealth ensured. Since you are deliberately making the Godlies too expensive for anyone to buy -- except those who already have them, what is the point of re-releasing them?
Perhaps too expensive for you, hardly too expensive for everyone.
Unlocked Strong Pet! Have a strong pet.
w00p 4000 str. Here's me being indifferent about the wrath and SoSS coming back, I'll never be able to afford them anyway.
On Subeta being very wealthy mostly means having a lot to lose. Thousands of so called "investments" are being re-released all the time for a mouthful in the crystal shop, token shop, husler, and so on.
There is no need to re-release godlies, there are better alternatives for most nowadays. I never understood people's entitlement for everything. They.Must.Have.Everything. And if they don't, then there's some kind of favoritism going on for sure.

Well, I guess I'll just stick to CWs. LOL. Weapons... CWs... Weapons... CWs...

Congrats on your achievement, well done!

15 Point Wizard Token AND Your pet Dameon gains 6 HP! AND 3,138sP!
Thank you Oracle!
Why should we make the old godlies cheaper when we can just make new godlies that do pretty much the same thing and cost less? Older players are happy because their old godlies retain value; newer players are happy because they can get very similar effects in battle.
It's always been my view that there's no real point in working super hard for something or spending a ton of currency on something knowing it's going to be devalued in a few years. That's why Purge and I constantly monitor the battle economy and make decisions that keep investments worthwhile for all battlers. Someday you will be an old player, and the things you invest in or win now will be worth more then.
Go tell Swashbuckles that :P

Ha! Yeah, things without any kind of max limit are out of our control. Was Item Hunt unintentionally easier for a while, or something?
allow 3 swashes to combine for mega-(s)washer
You don't think the site played favorites when they released the level 5 scroll recipes that called for retired ingredients? I know I wasn't the only one who thought that was odd, to say the least.
I don't expect the site to "protect" any investment I make. Yes, over time things tend to lose their value. You have "more to lose" simply because you have more. I don't think that is a reason for the site to favor keeping prices artificially high.
I also don't buy the "use something else" argument. The issue is fairness and favoritism. It seems to me that if the site wants to help a handful of users "protect" their investments, it should start with the poorest users, not the richest.
I say these things with respect because I always enjoy reading your posts, even when I disagree with them -- as I do now. I can understand not wanting things you own to lose value. No one wants that, but it does happen. I have had things I spent a fortune on show up in the CS for a fraction of their original price, too. I don't expect the site to step in and jack up those prices on my behalf, nor do I want it to.
I would much rather have my weapons lose value and have more people be involved with battling than have my weapons appreciate while potential battlers walk away because of the obscene costs and uneven playing field. I guess we're just going to have to agree to disagree on this one.
It's been broken for some time but no one seems to want it fixed. Easy chase and multiple swashbuckles for everyone
There's plenty of very good weapons for everyone. You can win most godlies yourself by fighting opponents nowadays. And for that reason, there has never been so many people involved in battling.
But you're acting as if there was zero chance of getting them when they are on the verge of being re-released. It's definitly possible to reach these amount of sPs while doing other things on Subeta as well, but it may not be for the casual player.

This may be a completely wild prediction now, but I won't be surprised if T13 weapons and beyond would totally change the status quo in the future.
And poor lucents. Oh well they aren't really expensive anyways? ;) Side effect from the challenger reset.
