Those stages make sense why he gets stronger as the battle progresses, but it really does seem to me that his attacks also get stronger each time he uses them. The first time he uses a weapon he does 20 and blocks 7, the next time he does 26 and blocks 10 -- that sort of thing. I wasn't watching that closely, so maybe it's just a combo of the stages and the numbers I happened to notice here and there. I will pay closer attention tomorrow when I hope to be sentient once again.

He critted me twice this last battle -- he hadn't done that before in any of our previous battles. And the crits didn't start until much later in the battle -- when he was down to a third or less of his health. So are his stats maybe getting boosted too? I'lll have to watch that as well…

Looks like I have a weekend of battling to look forward to. I really need some mind numbing clicking after week of hell I had at work.

I have hardly any stray 10 wins left to get with my tier 11 pets and I think those may not even be possible with their current stats. Any minute my four new pets will hit tier 7 so that means getting 10 wins each on CET. New challengers mean lots of wins to grind. And if there is any time left I may try for 6th Castle win with my 3rd almost capped pet.

Now I just need the spring event to start so I can get flowers while doing all this.

I am so glad I am over my flu now! I can do some battling. I was able to get one win in last night, but I don't think my weapons are going to do it. I might have to try and borrow a cronus blade from someone. I will see how far I can get first with what I have to work with and do some modding.

The battle chat gets so active every time a new challenger is released, its pretty awesome to see the community come together consistently like that. I wish we'd get more challengers or events so it was more of the time lol.

maybe we can be hopeful for a Vesnali plot again with a new opponent. or is that possibly wishful thinking? :P

I'd like to fight Tempest some more as she is so freaking cute to look at. Would be a nice way to get some unique items that aren't just farming flowers. Obviously not in her boss form though :P I'd like to pass my exams.

there's no specific date, the battle mods just said that they'd done one again this year.

maybe we'll get super lucky and have a whole battle month for a themed month :D

Please no battle week until everyone's final exams are over PLEASE LOL. I remember last year Tempest was the first big boss I fought with a reasonable chance of winning a top prize (which I did) and I was battling in my uni library frantically between reading over lectures. It was grim.

Cramped all my battle wins with all my pets for the 2 new opponents last night. I'm all done again. :P

I'm going to be internetless for a month while I'm at field school, so I really hope battle week doesn't happen until after the middle of June.
