Chase was strange today. First time, I lost (with UltimateFriend) because he actually managed to steal my entire set very quickly (it especially didn't help that the first thing he stole was ether). Second time, he stole M-Weapon and I love how it doesn't attack if the opponent uses it against you.

I didn't know that about MW o-o I had chase four times in bqs, and he didn't put up a fight either time. I'm not sure he stole anything, maybe a silver bullet but I didn't notice xD

I know it's a few days early… but any word on the CS challenger for this month?

I haven't heard anything. I kind of like it when we don't have any hints though, I like to be surprised :)

Although with that said, I wouldn't be opposed to any hints about whether there will be battling as part of Masquerade this year.

Side note concerning Masq, has anyone heard anything about the retirement situation in the Menagerie? I need like... everything from 2012. And I haven't checked 2013/14 but I'm sure I need a ton of that stuff too. It'd be nice to know which years, if any, are retiring.

Thanks for the reminder! I would assume that LL won't have any retirements or they'd announce like they did last year when they started retiring SM stuff. If I remember right, SM stuff was retired a week after the masq started. I guess I just assumed they'd retire 2012. I should go run through and buy more books though. No promises that they'll give us a heads up before stuff goes bye-bye.

It has its uses. It's a decent fire blocker at a fraction of the cost of a Pobow or Natasha. It's also pretty good against Mama Forj.

I actually have two. I bought one ages ago and never bothered to sell the other when I won it.
