I enjoyed fighting him o-o especially once I realized he was freezable more than once... I got my 4th win completely relying on critting him and just the one freeze at the start

I just know it took me over 3 hours in one sitting. I didn't even get up or take my eyes away from the computer screen in that time. Granted, once I finished, the RL Claire was relieved.

Yep! So I will be able to wear my winnings for a short while. Curiosity will soon get to me though -- I'll have to take it for a spin even though I've been reading what everyone else says and they all seem to prefer the trident. I don't think it'll be like the legendaries though. I think this will ultimately end up in the armory and not the wardrobe.

I started from no wins actually, so that could be why it took me so long. Plus, it was only about 9:10 PM my time when I started and I think I finished around 12:20 AM (Claire usually falls asleep around 11:30). I am usually in bed with her before then (though not sleeping, but rather being there for her comfort).

for general use, I just use the swash. my trident is modded for forj and no one I fight really needs that blessing =P

thankfully daylight savings time just started, so subeta midnight starts at 9pm (the other half of the year, subeta midnight is 10 for me) I got done around 10:30 I think? if I went back I could find when... 2:12am so that's 11:12? later than I thought o-o so yeah about an hour and a half.

How do you mod them differently? I guess I don't even think about it. I just mod everything that doesn't move with BoNA and parched…

everything I use has a crit and parch on it. sometimes multiple parch, but any empty spaces get singed. but for forj, you need water icons. so the trident is fully modded with water baguettes. I don't use natural armor mods.

Random Event You notice a Evil Potion on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it! Your lizard minion trap crashes down, but all you manage to do is capture a single lizard minion, you hurt him! How dare you?! You angrily stuff the comatose lizard minion into your inventory and lie in wait.

How evil can it be. :)

I can be very patient at times =P it helps for long battles =)

Now I'm wondering if I should be rethinking my mod set up. Is there a thread anywhere where people talk about why they have things modded this way or that? I don't mean a what-are-they-how-do-they-work. I mean a I-like-this-mod-over-that-because…

I have not seen one. they really depend on your preference and who you're fighting.

Singed = nice because it gives the most icons parch because freeze immunity + a few icons crits because double crits are awesome and I don't use natural armor because I don't mind getting stolen from + the defense is meh to me.

other than that, forj is the only one that I can think of that you need to not use those for.
