The fact that I have to struggle more with John against these tier 9/10 challengers tells me that I need to get him more intel (I took a loss when going for win 2 on Vile Carrier, but that was really just because Vile Carrier froze me once the parched blessing went down and crit John for more than his max health).

I have decided that when I get boosters that specifically boost Intel I will give them to Vaako but all my other boosters will be going to Dominant until he hits Tier 8.
