: If we assume the world used to be much warmer, which would have been one of the key elements for most 'ancient' creatures, Darkside may be the best place, as they could bring in some older plants (have them made? A whole quest line for the development of the park and the ability to have 'ancient pets' made--still for items/fee, is the reward?) for terrain aspects the creatures would need. Since the Sacred Lands are all sand, I don't think that would work well to develop a park, anyway.

That's what I was thinking. The area above both Darkside and Shadowglen has forestry and the like, so a section could be carved out for a ancient species park. Just small enough to respect the wild Tigreans of the area (according to lore, they originate from Shadowglen, so I assume the northern territory of the continent is where they reside).

: Yeah, maybe they can 'come across' an area there which is large enough for their needs and only has maybe 2 or 3 wild Tigreans they'd have to move out of there (or deal with some other way, though moving them would be preferred). I also keep thinking about that Shadowglen map which has what looks like a path through the trees but isn't clickable, so maybe they could use that and make a similar 'path' from Darkside leading to the park entrance, which would clearly look more like Darkside terrain. Or maybe just have one from Darkside if they don't want to add the park to the map directly.

Well now with the new Urubu pet, it reminded me of this thread and how badly I'd want a woolly, prehistoric-like boar with really big tusks. Still feel like this colour suggestion would work well for Subeta, and we've not had a new redraw colour in ages. I want to say Storm was the last one, and that was, what, at least 3-4 years ago? Harvest doesn't count, since it's just a recolour of an existing redraw colour, just like Blacklight.

[edit] 5 years. Storm came out nearly 5 years ago, cause I participated in the fight against Tempest, and still have that info recorded. It'll be 5 this Vesnali. That's way too long without a new redraw colour. And if Sweetydead ever happened, yeah no, that's not good enough. That's barely new content when you're mashing together two existing redraw colours. I want actual new content
