I like to think of fanfic as an extension of stories you already love. It's just a way to keep them alive, you know? There's a lot of really good stuff out there, too, if you look for recs and stuff. But yeah, it's not for everyone, that's for sure.

I never really found Pottermore was what they promised :/ I mean it was kind of cool for a bit, but it was like a big glossary. Not sure what the hoopla was about.

I don't think it's that expensive, actually - maybe 10 bucks for the crochet hook, and less for yarn. would know better :) If you're anything like me it'll take you ages to create something and your yarn will last forever :P Reading is another good hobby - though that has gotten expensive - $8 for a freaking ebook, these days.

I love felt coats for winter - they're nice and heavy and warm. I've never gotten wet wearing one, but I mostly wear them in snow, so you shake them off, when you go indoors.

Revenge, that's similar to scandal aha. I watched the first season of revenge and was SUPER into it. But then I kind of let it go aha. Have fun with it!

I played it since launch and it used to be awesome. I had a raid group I thought were all my buddies but then they showed their bitchy side and I had to cut them loose for my own mental health. I relied a lot on FFXIV for emotional support and friendship after a breakup and I think that kind of tainted the experience. But hell, now a days I'm better off than I ever was before. A lot happier, I love the game, I may not go back for a while but I hope in a year or so when I feel like it again it's still doing well. I just hope they start doing something a little less grindy. Tera I was on the RP server myself, though I never properly had partners for leveling. I had friends but they were all too busy / higher level. I was a healer and never got to do the dungeons and stuff I wanted to do.. I think I mostly solo quested.

I feel like I played Luna once..? It's been a long time. I've tried all kinds of little mmos temporarily. I wanted to get back into DragonSaga but there was a glitch with the early quests and my BF wasn't able to progress even after contacting Mods so we just stopped trying and uninstalled. ; ;

Aww, I've seen the little maid mob mod before, it's really cute. Never tried it!! I don't think it was McCrayfish I used, I think it was called Decocraft, I will have to look at that one. :o If you set one up, send me a smail I'd be happy to join and fool around sometimes. I like Minecraft, it's more fun to play with friends too since you can show each other the stuff you make. :3

That's what I expected, too, based on the way it was introduced, but all I saw was profiles on people and things for the most part, I haven't been in ages though. It was fun for a day, then meh.

Yeah, we'll never be on the HS table, but at least there's not an achievement for having an achievement HS. That would be very frustrating.

I'm pretty much doing the same as you - hiding out inside. Working from home today, so I haven't gone outside at all. Snow is nice for a bit, then it turns all slushy and annoying after about a day :P

Exactly ;) Except I can't complain about that too much, because I actually got that one. That was one of the main reasons I quit, really. I finally got that av, and had basically nothing left to work for.

Slush is the worst; it ruins boots getting them all wet and gross. Salt too. But without that I'd probably routinely injure myself slipping on ice, haha.
