Free pictures are totally acceptable, I should be able to make it into a full page background as well. I have a few ideas for this already so I am really excited to work on this! If you find any images that you find you like, post them up here and I'll see what I can do with them. With the colour scheme, do you want something along the lines of this? The colours are washed out but if they are still too vibrant for you I can work with the same colours and make them a little bit more washed out or find another palette entirely :)

Fair enough. You want to make sure you find someone who will do justice to what you want :) It takes time to figure out what you want yourself as well! Had a hunt through some websites I use for images. Sadly the really good images like you want are on ShutterStock which is a site you have to pay for to use the images ;-; Ones I have found kinda close are ones like this and this? Or maybe even this? Hard to find a decent enough image that isn't copyrighted :(

I have finally finished :D The main text box has room for your HA on the right with the comment box underneath it and the rest of it will house your main text and goodies. Your Wishlist, Friend and Mail tabs will go in that bottom space right underneath the main text area like the comment box will be and your pets will sit underneath those tabs in the lovely space we have there! It should all pan out the way I want it to, but if for any reason I can't do anything exactly how you asked me to I shall let you know. Let me know what you think hunnie and as soon as you give the go ahead I can start coding it! n_n Click!

I love what you have done with Poison_Envys profile, your very clever. I had a play in photoshop elements last night, if Im not around much its because of that. I might try to make something myself lol.I have found someone here who does busts and is pretty quick, I might go that route yet, Im really not sure what to go with, I dont know if that makes it harder or easier, Im sorry :0( What if you could make a background with that lovely tropical palette you showed me? The links you put up dont work except the last one.

Oh whoops. Strange the links didn't work. This, this or this. My idea was to use one of the pictures and the colour palette to make a kind of abstract profile. Kind of hard to explain what I mean though, I'll have a play around a bit later and load an example for you to look at. Although if you want to get a bust and use it for a profile that is completely fine though it will have to be a digital drawing, pencil drawings don't tend to work well with making graphics unless they are scanned to a good quality and other such things.
