I don't believe it's a bug at all. I think it's going to be another item similar to when it first came out. Remember it originally came out after visiting Melody for the first 25 days and there was no use option? However, there was no sell/trade/gift option, either. I don't know if it's going to be a pet colour item, but there's probably going to be some use for it later on XD
Cherry red pet color? :o I know there have been suggestions about that for years. Maybe it's finally happening?
