I love the entire series. I've only had the chance to play inquisition once through and I was a female mage qunari who romanced the Iron Bull. Overall it was fun. I was a little disappointed by how it ended though.
i made a male qunari mage, romanced the iron bull (no idea he was this popular), then met dorian and now i have so many regrets. inquisition is kind of boring me now in the sense that it got so over-hyped i thought it would be a game sent by the gods, except now it's really tedious at times and i've run out of conversation options with all of my teammates. also i feel like they talked more to each other in origins, which might just be because alistair never shut the fuck up.
My inquisitor was a qunari archer and I romanced Josephine, because she's the cutest cute to ever cute (even if she blackmails nobles). I really enjoyed the game, but the achievements in it were really tedious (THE SHARDS!). Was kind of disappointed that my teammates didn't really talk during travel, though. Still, the game is amazing and I love it.
Eeee, yes. I love this game like omg I currently play a Dalish Female Elf who's focused on Archery. ;3; She's besties with Dorian and is with Solas romantically. Solas is adorable like !!!!!! I don't know but I really like him. I have a guy character made but I haven't made any progress with him but I'm tempted to have him romance either Josie or Dorian.
My team mainly consists of Solas, Cole and Iron Bull. ;u;
Dalish Knight Enchanter. Rode the Bull. :x
My first Inquisitor was a female Dalish rift/fire mage who romanced Cullen. ; u ; Worried people will think she's Mary Sue-ish, ahaaa. ;;
I've also got a male Dalish rogue (I like elves) who's romacing Dorian, and next I think I'll make a female qunari. __
And my boyfriend and I have a joint playthrough with another female Dalish with whom we're romacing Solas, lol. In Origins we had a human noble who frequently said, "Can I get you a ladder? So you can get off my back?"

My first Inquisitor was a female human and my second is a female Dalish. Both wield a great-sword and both romanced Cullen.
I've played through DA:O twice, but I want to start another playthrough at some point. I'm on my second playthrough of DA2 but I'm wanting to do more playthroughs on that game too.
I played a Dalish archer who romanced Solas.
I am currently using a 2 handed weapon Dalish. I find it amusing my weapon is bigger than me so I want to play a two handed weapon dwarf next. Plus, I ave never played a Dwarf.
I made a Dalish warrior who romanced Dorian. Gotta love that mustache. I'm thinking of making a female qunari or elf and romancing Cullen because he's too adorable. I really wanted to do like an "evil" playthrough but I just can't do that to my babies Cole and Varric.
Male Mage. Totally banged Dorian. I couldn't resist the moustache - didn't want to either. Totally told the Templars to take a short walk off a tall cliff and yelled at Dorian's dad before we stalked out of the tavern.
I'm hunting Samson down at the moment. I have no idea what I'm doing--! This is literally my first DA game. And I'm hooked and in over my head with Dorian. I know how the romance thing plays out but the rest? Naaaah.
I also might have gotten the game entirely for Dorian, tbph. A decision I do not regret at all.

If you want to romance Cullen, go with an elf or human because you can't romance Cullen if you are a Qunari or Dwarf.
From what I've read, it's that Cullen isn't attracted to dwarves or Qunari and that in DA:O he has a crush on the female mage warden which was either an elf or human. I've never played through the first game as a female mage so I can't confirm the latter.
Cullen was originally not going to be a romance option, they added him in after they announced the decision to postpone the game's release since they had extra time. The reason you can't romance Cullen as a dwarf/ Qunari is because of height; the models of elves/humans are more or less the same so it was easy for them to figure those out for scenes but the dwarves and Qunari would have taken them more time. I think they had a similar decision for Solas and added his romance in last minute, though his attraction to only elves makes more sense with his story.
Also, yeah if you play as a female mage in Origins Cullen has a crush on you, though I'm not sure if this applies to elves as well (I know for a fact he has a big crush on the human mage). You can bring this up in conversation if you play a human mage and romance him in Inquisition, not sure if you can as an elven mage since they never would have been in the Circle.
haven't finished just quite yet. little disappointed with how quick the main storyline goes, especially in relation to ALL the tiny detailed little sidequests. anyways! playing an adorable mopey dopey redhead dalish who's head over heels for dorian. pretty much friends with everyone, though mostly for completion reasons. i can't find myself caring much enough about anyone besides dorian, cole, cassandra, and varric. and i especially hate the iron bull. he makes me very uncomfortable as, as someone who has been exposed to abuse that is very similar to the way i know he treats dorian. that is why i don't like him. i still have him and i'm still nice to him because he's good otherwise, and because i love krem so much. but yes
Just started it recently after finishing the first two games. Human Noble Warrior, as always, planning to romance Cullen (it's a shame Dorian doesn't swing that way ⌒▽⌒).
Still getting used to the controls. I keep jumping up and down in front of enemies. Also not really interested in the crafting system but oh boy, armor dyes!
Male Rogue (he uses daggers and is specialized with assassination) Lavellan who rode the bull (quite a lot actually, he has a dwarven bed to support that huge qunari), aggressive little thing, with Dorian, Varric and Cass as his best friends... ah i only have corypheus to fight now and i don't wont to finish the game just yeeet... I wish bioware games were longer :VV
Finally got around to finishing the Jaws of Hakkon DLC with my first Inquisitor. Now to play through it with my second inquisitor later. I really wish the new DLC was availble for ps3 though as it looks very interesting.
my first inquisitor was an elf mage (necromancer) who romanced bull, but i finished my first playthrough on an elf mage (rift mage, but a spirit healer in my heart :') ) who romanced solas (he was my username before i just changed it...was way too hype for that bald elf), ive also got my dwarf rogue (tempest i think?) who romanced blackwall, a human mage im not doing romance with, elf archer who romanced dorian, one qunari mage who romanced josie, and another who i refuse to play more of bc she cant date cass. : ( (can you tell i have a mage bias tho?) my interest in dai has died down a lot, ended up being really disappointed, especially since origins and 2 are both super important to me. looking forward to the new dlc though, but not the current gen bs. hopefully some old faces from awakening show up!
