Hey y'all, just checkin' in to say I'm keeping up with all of the responses. Thank you for your comments on the suggestion! I definitely agree with ideas of a shark, hyena, giraffe, snail, and elephant pet(s). Especially an elephant. :3

I'd still like to see a cheetah, or some variation of a sleek, lean-muscled cat, become a pet some time in the future. I hate to say it, but canines, felines, equines, and dragons are all very popular across many pet sites, and the Internet overall, so having a bunch of them makes sense.

There are lots of cats already but a spotty cat would be nice ^_^

I LOVE this idea, cheetahs are very cool animals and could be great inspiration for a subeta pet. However I agree I'd like to see some more pets that aren't feline/canine themed first. A cheetah inspired pet should def be on a pet "to do" list so to speak-- something to go back to once we've gotten a bit more variety on the site. (I, personally, would love a site filled with various adoptable cat-like pets but people have a point in that we already have quite a few.)

Really, there is never enough cats. The pet site could only have cats and I'd love it. (Says the owner with like five felis, two darkonites and other cat creatures)

ANYWAY, back on topic. I totally I agree we should have a sleek cat creature. I, though, was never one for sharks, snails or anything else mentioned so I'm biased.

There ARE too many cats. Cats are overrated as it is. No more felines or canines. Something else, please. There are thousands of species to choose from.
