Definite support for this! I agree with though that if you have the cake icon turned off then that negates getting a notification about it from those who have it disabled.

If we're going to have an "alert" of some sort I suggest maybe being able to set it anywhere from a week to the day of. I know I would personally want an alert a day or two before because any earlier and I'd probably forget and if I set it for the day of then I'd feel rushed lol

I would definitely love this - I rarely look at my friends list so I'm sure I've missed birthdays
