Enjoy it while it lasts! ;) Now I do autotraining and only get a stats increase of 3-5 points since my training time is so high. Ugh.

Oh you know us whipper-snappers! Always in a hurry! I bit the bullet and got that cobalt eternal. Boy does it help! I should buy multiples though? I have a hard time finding books already haha. Getting it to 24+ alchemy is going to be a nightmare haha.

Yes, if you can buy one or two more, that would be good! I've seen people say in guides that some challengers require using as many Cobalt Eternal scrolls as possible. I have three, and I think I picked up another as a backup (or to sell later!).

Yeah, reading books is a big project. I did that a few summers ago for my first reading drive -- combed Subeta Lodge for as many books as I could find. At that point I read everything to my pet that was 1 mil or less. I've missed a lot of new books now, though, or others have dropped in price, so I really should comb Subeta Lodge to see what I can find.

Oh! A tip. There are some books that grant extra alchemy points. I'm not sure exactly how they work, but according to 's blog (check out his guide!) if you read certain books when your pet is about to get an intelligence point (every 16th book, minus the points the book gives, I think? I fail at math, sorry!), you can get extra alchemy points. For example, the book bundle (or whatever it's called; it's on his blog) gives 6 alchemy points if you read it at the right time. Unfortunately I've already read it to my pet since it was so cheap (only 300,000 sP) so I assume I lost those extra points. Boo urns. Assuming I'm understanding how that works correctly.

Anyway, if you can figure that out you may be able to get a few extra alchemy points faster! Good luck. :)

The good news is that alchemy points are retroactive, so even if you miss a multiple of 16, you can still get your alchemy points to synch with your intel later.

Well you didn't miss out! It gives 6 Intelligence, not 6 Alchemy. (Even if it's the 16th. At least with Book Package.) Still a huge help though!

Ah, that's very good news! I wasn't clear how that worked. That's a big relief. Thank you! Also glad to know I don't have to frig around with math if I don't want to (unless I want the alchemy points quicker). Yay!
