Yup, but then school schedules restrict our availability for work and then we get less hours and it's just an awesome chain reaction. I feel privileged because I qualify for financial aid and what's called a BOG fee waiver, which takes care of class registration fees. My GPA just isn't good enough for FinAid anymore so I struggle more than I should need to.

I'd LOVE to go to a convention! I need to check and see if they go to ComiCon in my area so I can try and snap a few pics or take one with them. That cast is just great and they have such wonderful personalities. I'm getting decent enough stuff as well. Nothing too special. All the things I really want get bought before I can click fast enough. And thanks. Figure I'm still young enough that I have time to make more decisions and change my mind a few more times.

i don't think you'd be allowed to walk up to them and ask for a picture - at least we weren't at JIBcon. you have to sign up for it and it costs a lot. yeeeeeeeeee i got a wishlist sticker :D

Yeah, it's so nice how things just continue to conflict with another.

And they just expect us to roll over. Those books cost nothing to make, yet they charge hundreds of dollars for no reason. My criminal justice books alone almost cost $100 each. I was like really? These are fill in the blank pages. You're not learning from the book at all. ><

What can you do though? You need the book for the class else you'll fail. You can try and get someone to let you photocopy all the pages, but that's rare.

i know, it's annoying though because i cant go to work, so i'm stuck at home all the time, but because it's my back i've thrown out, it's painful to do...well...everything. so i cant sit at the computer, which basically ruins most of the stuff i would normally do to pass the time when i'm stuck home sick ><
