You're able to switch profiles if you enjoy playing 1.8 but would like to play on the server. Just create a new one in the launcher for 1.7.10 and you can switch to it whenever you want to play. :)

@ nekiichan Sorry, I'm not sure why it was down as I wasn't on at the time and there's no crash report for it. :c Could be it was an outage with the host, but I'm not sure.
