I'm sorry but I'm not able to check back far enough to see what was going on at the time of your disconnect this morning. I can replace lost items if you would like. I'm not sure why you're having those issues as it seems to consistently be you that experiences them. I haven't come across it myself and I haven't seen other users say they're getting kicked and then losing items except from issues related to the Nether. The server hasn't been experiencing much lag at all recently.

What version of Minecraft are you using? Are you using any mods? If so you could try connecting without using any mods to see if that fixes the issue as well as making sure you're definitely using 1.7.10. Also if you can check your internet connection and make sure you have a strong connection. You could also try updating your Java and making sure your computer's firewall and anti-virus software aren't slowing down your internet.

Actually the antivirus is not interfering with it, because this one if will be block the game for any reason, direct the antivirus removes the program(not happend at the moment). Hello. Just a couple of things I wanted to ask about that might've been too long for the in-game post. ^^

First I wanted to inquire, if the admins on this server are willing to move player buildings? The guidelines regarding admin-assisted relocation tend to be unique for every server, some have no problem with it and some have strict rules against it. In any case, it's...it's...not a big deal really, if the building I'm inquiring about doesn't get moved, but I've built it at a rather unfortunate height due to a calculation error. cough Long story short, if it is not too much trouble, would it be possible to move my unfinished airship, ANS Beyonder, five to ten blocks downwards, please? The clouds are driving me mad and though I can turn them off I can't expect the same from every person who might be visiting me. :)

Also I wanted to ask if it would be possible to buy heads other than my own? For decorative purposes, that is. Theres a list of useful custom heads and some of them are irreplaceable for adding some color and detailing to Minecraft rooms.

Sure, we can move it for you. :) We don't mind moving things if they're interfering, or if there was a bit of a miscalculation. We just don't want people to build something in creative to be transported to survival or build something in one area and have it transported somewhere completely different. Minor fixes are fine with us.

So far we've offered player heads as build competition prizes. I can't say for certain if we're ever going to make it easier to obtain custom heads (since they have to be spawned in by admins and we feel they work well as rare prizes), and I will have to discuss it.
