I was disappointed to find they weren't edible. Even if they have one function now, they're going to be useless once the event is over, so I support them being edible.

I think is probably the staff member that will make the final call on this...

Personally, I think since we have items like these:

and these:

ALl of which are edible, it makes sense that these body parts would be too.

And the items having other uses should not matter. The decision to make them edible or not should be based on what the items are and what other items have the same use.

Oh, please! NO! It's unpleasant enough to take the organs off of other user's bodies and have them in your inventory! It's even worse forcing your pets into cannibalism! D:

Cannibalism is when one human being eats parts from another human being. Carnivorous animals have been known to eat people on occasion - that is called nature.

I feel like if the reason these weren't made edible is due to the fact that bubbles already asks for 3 (really... 3? I feel like he's just being greedy... unless he always asked for 2 of the easiest to get therefor cheaper body parts, otherwise greedybutt) and some of them are getting very pricey-- then I can understand that. I'd like for them to be edible later (at least some of them that are edible parts of the body vs. the leg or snot which is gross regardless of the fact that I think we have edible snot already), though, as they seem like food and we all know people like myself are hoarding them so I don't see what harm would come from this after the fact/this event.

Can I just say that the people on this thread against them being edible saying no because "It's gross", we have fetus pops that you can feed your pets, and poo items.. so maybe you should chill out. It's just a bunch of pixels being fed to pixels. It's not like you're being forced to shove it down your pets throat in graphic detail with images and blood everywhere

Yeah, I don't get why they aren't edible. I know plenty of people who's real life pets are given bones to chew on, even if they aren't human bones. And the pets on this site eat plenty of things that are just as icktastic. I mean..c'mon ...Heavens knows what flesh that is and it is also -rotten- XD

Any chance you can ask the person/people that made the decision to come explain why they decided they shouldn't be edible? xD

I can understand them not being edible during the event, but is there any chance of that changing once it's over? Curious as to why they wouldn't be made edible, if it's a "not ever" decision.

I tried to make them edible when I added them, but was told that since they already had a use (this quest) to make them not edible because of the numbers of them going out (I assume because it takes a bit to get all the parts off a person and a while to "respawn"?).

I'll talk with Ariel/others working on the project again and revisit this!
