I prefer to watch the anime because I just find it more visually appealing. I enjoy manga, but I'm a lot pickier with the art and plot as a whole than I am with its anime counterpart, especially if it was an anime first. (ahem I'm looking at you, Madoka Magica.) I'm a very visual person and seeing things in motion and with colour keeps my attention and interest more than manga, and it's harder to spot errors in the art.

Manga for sure, anime graphics can't compete with the real stuff imo. Only anime I ever considered worthy was Claymore. Even the Berserk movies aren't cutting it. I mean come on, look at how epic Berserk's art is and look at the anime.

But sometimes for the lolz anime is nice like ouran host club. However when I read the manga I still cried laughing. And if a drawn comic can make me laugh as much as a movie/anime it's gooood.

I prefer manga over anime anytime! Too may series of anime add fillers into the story line.
