@ I'm actually not a waffle person. But I love ours. They are nice a huge and kinda fluffy. :D Although honestly I have started eating Eggo's chocolate chip waffles...they are okay. XD

Umm...well...I think the alcohol is actually cooked with the chocolate when making it...so the alcohol would be burned out of it...leaving just the flavor.
