Hurt wrist? It is your dominant one? Does pain fall into your hand as well? I have problems with my wrist...carpal tunnel and arthritis. I also broke said wrist when I was little to the point where I had to have surgery for them to set it and they put a pin in it as well (which they did take out later). When I get carpal tunnel bad, it can cause pain up to my elbow. :/ But braces are nice.
