I went to my preferences to get the 1 year achieve and also got 6 years achievement, and I'm not even close to that O.onBut I didn't get the loyalty box at least.nShould I fill a ticket?n+ are the loyalty boxes still obtainable to 2 years + users?

I've been holding off filing a ticket because I was waiting for a) the new system to be sorted out and b) a post just like this. Thanks for the updates! The ticket was to address that upon the new achievement page, I got alerts that my pet was speedier, healthier, stronger (etc) than it actually was. (ie I got alerts saying my pet had reached 400 in all categories which in truth was at 300 in all but level). Should I continue to hold off filing or go ahead with filing? Thanks for any response!

Well, I got an alert for the first year achieve, but not for the six years, so I guess it's a case of a wrong tier or something like that?

Does anyone know where I would find the achievement "We Need to Go Deeper" in the new format. I realize that it is under the "Games" section in the old format, however, I am not finding it in the same area. The search option does not work so any help would be appreciated.

So I went to my preferences page and got a 1 week GA medal for being around for 1 year ... my account is almost 9 years old. I'm not sure if I should make a ticket ...? I don't want to get in trouble for getting this item, haha. I haven't used it, obviously! I was thinking I would actually get a loyalty box, since I haven't logged on in a while and had no idea that achievements were in the process of updating. Thankssss~!

I can answer to that cause it happened to me as well: there was a discussion on a feed back board about users not getting anything their first year so they recentely added this, it is retroactive and it's not a bug , you can keep the medal =)

@ Ferinsy If you actually did receive the 6 year achievement then yes file a ticket. But like I said, sometimes it says you got a different tier when you got the right one. Be sure to check your achievement list to see which you actually got! (I tried but my computer is slow so it wasn't loading)

@ just2b I think it is the same situation as above. Looking at your actual achievement page it looks like you got the correct 300 tier. Just the description on the popup is wrong. No need to file anything!

It should be under the same heading but it may be one that is missing in the new system. We will make sure that all of them are moved over!

I've been holding off on filing tickets for achievements since day 1, because so much is still getting adjusted xD My current situation is pretty good, but I got an issue different of the ones you mentioned -- I got the Leviathan Harpooning achievement for beating level 6 when I visited my game page (I'm ON level 6, mind you, sadly can't beat that damn thing xD). I think the achievement was getting granted by reaching the level, not beating it... somehow o_o I don't want to open a ticket to have it manually removed if it might be re-awarded to me once I visit the game page again... (do you have any suggestions? D: )

Recently I've been trying to get into the blue building, and so over the past 2 weeks I've been doing a lot of achievements. On my achievements page, it says I have 258, but when I go to the blue building it says I have 178 :/ what do I do?

My progress isn't updating for the wardrobe achievement, it seems to be stuck on 14,119 / 14,500 I have saved my avatar multiple times and done everything I have read to do and it wont move and I have been adding like an insane person.

I received this message the other day "You've earned the Item Hoarder achievement!" but I can't find any Item Hoarder achievements anywhere on the new Ach. page and I believe I already had everything up to the 15k for unique items in a shop/gallery as well as the 20k (I may have made it higher?) on just items in a shop or gallery...I do not have anywhere close to either 15k or 20k items in any of my shops or galleries at this time, so I shouldn't be getting a new tier for them. But, again, I can't even find the achievement on the page to see what level(s) I am really at, so I have no way of verifying what that message really meant. Or is that the one you get when you have over 100 items in your inventory? No matter which one it is...I can't find them on the Ach. page now. Am I just overlooking them? or are they legit missing?

Guys, if you can't find some achievements try editing the url deleting the category/number part and adding page/number. For example, to view all the item achievements turn

When I go to somebody else's achievement page, achievements are missing from the list. On my own achievement page, there are two pages of battle achievements (so more than 25 at least). When I go to other peoples profile and click achievements there, then tell it to show battle achievements it only shows 5 or so.
