I would love a slot but I have a question! The character I'd like is a character from a video game, and I want to use official art in the profile, would that be okay?

i've seen several other profiles in the past using official art/screenshots, so i'm a little unsure on this tbh? like, the rules of it and all. what's the picture and where's it from?

their TOS doesn't really mention anything related to their art as far as i can tell? i also think that it's ok in this case, considering i'm not profiteering with rl currency (that's mostly the rules around copyrights right). i'm not gonna bore you with a long-winded legality ramble, so i think if you just gather what you need for the form (the picture IS larger right?), you're good to go. i still need to finish these two slots - or at least one of them - and then i open up :)

yeah i'm a little busy rn with a deadline on one profile and another in the works. i will be open again in the near future though, if you want to wait? i'm on break so i can actually get things done on otherwise regular weekdays, haha.
