i think i have to incorporate the pet image somewhere since the art isn't quad (for spotlight reasons), but would it be okay to hide it somewhere either via fade or a tab? :)

It can match the pet tab/whatever you end up doing. It's not a focal point, I just think it's neat haha

there was a slight change of plans wrt the pet image, but let me know what you think! coded wip here. i tried making the hover effect transmog-y, but if it's obnoxious or w/e, i'll simplify :)

I LOOOOOVE! I am also way too easily amused and spent too long hovering over images to make them do that neat little effect haha. I like the pet image placement and it works perfectly as is - there but not too distracting. :)

i've drummed up this two div wip - thoughts? :) thinking maybe the HA can sit pretty in between the two "on top of" the centerpiece crystal, perhaps slightly faded so it's not completely hidden?

makes sense! is there a particular scale of things we're talking? e.g. your current setup. because my initial thought was to maybe contain the art inside a div of sorts, so it was bordered "on display" but still would fit whatever was put there. that, however, is less... large?`haha. in comparison to what you've got right now :)

honestly, I’m game for everything! Currently my setup is me switching out the background, but I’d prefer to be able to switch out a smaller element, so the way you mentioned would be better? I know nothing about code so I’m taking your word on works better lmao

ok i think i have something for feedback. have a look! it's all code based, so everything is swapable. it's fairly minimalistic, but i wanted the art itself to be the main focus of it, and not a bunch of weird effects. let me know what YOU think though!

Edit: still great, just one question: will I be able to switch out the bet names for buttons once they’re finished? Or is it simply just the name links?

the pet names are just the names from the pet section on the profile with the portraits hidden. should you get buttons made, i suggest just making a blank section in its place and putting the buttons there :). let me know if you want them to look a particular way, though, e.g. the mail + friend buttons, or using the pet portraits (like amarinth) or any other way :)

edit: Trade Lot (which i'll leave in limbo til we sort out the buttons, no problem!
